Service plug and the wait time
The service plug is an orange handle near the battery. Pulling it breaks the circuit in the middle of the pack.
After you pull it, wait. The system stores energy for a few minutes after shutdown, so give it time to drain before you go further.
Wear your PPE and work under supervision until you have practiced each step.
