Monthly plans (Technician and Shop)
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it, with one exception: you can get a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 7 days and have not opened more than 2 paid modules.
- If you are charged in error, contact us and we will refund the charge.
Hands-on workshop ($999)
- Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the first day; 50% refund between 29 and 14 days before; no refund in the last 13 days, but you can move to another date once, subject to availability.
- If we cancel or move a workshop, you choose between another date or a full refund of the workshop fee.
- Airfare is not included and we cannot refund travel costs you paid to others.
Pro Technician Launch Package ($25,000)
Refunds, cancellation and the return of the tool kit are governed by the written agreement you sign for the package. Where financing is used, the lender's terms also apply.
How to request a refund
Write to info@batteryrepairexperts.com with the email on your account and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
